This number was given to you in a confirming email if you downloaded your copy of MediaFiler 3.0. However, if you purchased MediaFiler 3.0 on a disk, then this number is printed on the Installation CD-ROM label. If you can't find your PIN then you will need to contact us by email. Please tell us where you bought MediaFiler, your registration number (see below), the approximate date that you bought it, and any other information that will help us validate your ownership.

REGISTRATION NUMBER:
This number can be found on the "Welcome to MediaFiler Screen" every time you launch MediaFiler. It begins with the letter "C". This number is case-sensitive and you must include the dash marks ie: C1234-5678-H9012.		  
       
* Multi-User Network License:
Any number of users on the same company network can use the program as long as only ONE master database file is maintained. There can be only one (master) database file; in other words, different users cannot maintain their own separate MediaFiler databases without purchasing an additional copy(s) of MediaFiler. Vortex Media provides simple instructions for setting MediaFiler up on your network, but we do not offer any networking technical support beyond that.
