• Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail but some are shipped via UPS Ground.
• Most orders are shipped within one business day from our facility in Utah.
• Shipping for U.S. orders is always $8.00 -- regardless of the size of order.
• Shipping for Canadian orders is $20.00 via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
• Shipping for all other International orders is $35.00 via USPS Express Mail with tracking.
• International customers: Please be advised that you are responsible for any duty and/or import fees that your country may impose. If delivery is refused, you may be obligated to pay for any return shipping fees. Please visit this page to see if there is an authorized Vortex Media reseller in your country.
• All products except software and DVDs can be returned within 5 days for a refund (less shipping charge).
• Software and DVDs cannot be returned. Defective products will be replaced.
• We do not use PayPal (except for streaming videos) or accept wire transfers.
